Flights from Leh
 Hi guys, need some help getting out of Leh! I am hopefully going to make it to Leh before the road closes in September but will need to fly out in October. Since I will have come from Delhi are there any other places that I can fly to? I have heard that there are flights to Chandigarh but will these simply involve a stop-off in Delhi anyway? I really want to visit Dharamasala and Armritsar but will not be able to get there before we go to Leh due to time constraints. My budget also only really stretches to one flight!! Is it practical for me to travel back up north? (from chandigarh for example). I have considered coming back down towards Dharamasala by road via Srinigar but I am concerned about political situations. Any advice would be much appreciated!!  |
