Flight bookings with makemytrip.com

Hi all,

I have booked three domestic flights and accommodation for my trip to India in November through makemytrip.com and I have not yet received any e-tickets for the flights, despite receiving a confirmation of the accommodation by email.

Should I be worried? I can login to the MMT website, but it won't let me look at any e-tickets or bookings. I can't find an email on the website either which relates to customer support.

Has anyone else had the same problem??

Dear Britt,

you must have got some kind of confirmation number or transaction number through makemytrip.com. you can call them and retrieve that number and register your complaint to them. they will definitely send you the mail or will give you the confirmed PNR number for airline.

Would be better if you take your our mobile number to avoid unnecessary calls..

Once you booked your tickets you would have received a confirmation number such as RBW36O. You can directly go to the airline website and print your e-ticket using your i-d number.

e tickets? just a number? What do you mean?

I took some elderly people (Tamil friends) on a trip recently cause they (he) has cataracts, and can't drive. I guess it had been a while since he flew, cause he kept asking over and over for me to give him his ticket. (Something I didn't have, obviously) But eventually after the planes took off, I think he realised everything was okay.

Thanks for your assistance. I sent an email with the booking numbers and the e-tickets arrived within 4 hours to my inbox. They had forgotten to send them to me.
