E-ticket cancellation
I have an e-ticket for Air India (non-refundable).
Upto what time can I cancel this ticket (getting back the taxes). And how do I go about canceling the e-ticket? Is it only thru the website or can I do it thru Air India counters or Air India phone lines? |

For the rules of cancellation, please go through their website.
Generally cancellations are done over phone to their call centres. Why dont you call them in the numbers that I gave you in the other thread? |

According to Air India counter staff here, the e-bookings can be cancelled only thru website.
