Does the 25% youth reduction of IA still exist?

I've tried to inquire with local travel agents here in Switzerland for fares with Indian Airline. And they said they did not know anything the 25% reduction for people under 30. What do I have to do to get this reduction? The IA website still posts it under special fares. Can I get it from travel agents in India? Does JetAirways have a similar reduction?

This is a direct quote from the IA-website (under "Special Fares for Foreigner Tourists/NRI's"):

"Anyone in the age group between 12 and 30 can avail a 25% discount on Economy class US Dollar fares on domestic and Indo-Nepal Sector."

The rupee prices are applicable only to Indian residents, all prices for foreign tourists are in US$. I flew with IA within India last year and got the 25%discount by asking for it while purchasing my ticket at one of their offices (used credit card to pay). I have a feint recollection that back then the upper age limit was 27 years, maybe they've extended it to 30 since then.
