Delhi airport to NDLS to catch Kalla Mail

Guys....
I will be reaching Indira Gandhi airport at around 7.30 pm (INDIGO - DOMESTIC). I have to catch Howrah Kalka Mail from NDLS??
Is this possible??

What are other ways to get to kalka if i have to catch Shivalik express from kalka next day morning?

Help will be greatly appreciated.....

How can I check Out from airport as early as possible?

Do i have to fill disembarkation form to get out quickly from airport?

Howrah Kalka mail departs from Old Delhi railway station at 09:40 pm. I think you should be able to make it if you take a prepaid taxi from the airport.
Are you coming to Delhi from outside India. If yes then you would have to fill a disembarkation form. If no then there should not be any need to fill a disembarkatio form.

Is 7:30 your landing time ? If yes add 15-20 minutes of taxi time as the runway for international and domestic flights are common and after landing it takes at least 15 minutes taxi time to reach the domestic terminal. Then Baggage collection.

If your flight lands at 7:30, I think you will be able to come out only at 8:30 PM. An auto/Taxi to Old Delhi will take around 45 minutes. So that's quite close......

Another way of getting to Kalka is to take a night bus to Chandigarh and then from there a bus to Kalka.

HRTC runs a Volvo from ISBT which leaves at 10 pm. The bus will drop you right outside Kalka station by around 3 am.

Even if you leave airport at 8-30 pm, You should reach ISBT in one hour at most.

Can We do ISBT bus reservation in advance or will i get seats at that time? from which ISBT terminus does this bus leave?

Can i take Private taxi from delhi to kalka ...there will be 6 persons...

You can do Volvo booking in Advance

Bus leaves from ISBT Kashmere Gate from Himachal pradesh Counter or the far end of ISBT from where the buses get OUT.

yes you can hire a cab too, though I think it would be more expensive as they'll charge you for Delhi-Kalka-Delhi round trip.
