Cheapest Airfares

I know this is probably one of the most asked questions. But, where can I find the cheapest return fare to Mumbai (direct) from 9/1/2006 - 3/3/2006 ?
Also I would appreciate any recommendations for a stopover hotel before I move on to Candolim.

The prices change form day to day..

I booked a return fro LHR - BOM for 11/1 to 22/2 for £320 with GULF about a month ago. The next day the fares went UP to £430. www.thomascook.com

Coincidently, I just tried the SAME dates today, and a QUATAR flight has come up for around £340 - still VERY good for a sceduled, AND also a good airline..

So if you know your dates, and hurry...

.. Sorry, this is NOT direct, but a 1.5 hr stopover. But still, try a search and select 'direct' flight, and in my experience, the TC website is very up
to date and will give you the best AVAILABLE prices..

And, no, I don't work for them

... Update - I just
checked, and British Airways are doing DIRECT for £520ish - not too bad for a direct.

Just got a direct, London heathrow to Delhi ( return) ( inc.)with B.A,at a price that made me cry ,but the times where right for £454 . I'm happy . Used www.ebookers .com

Looks like BA do the same price to BOM..

However, Virgin do a fare for £1 more which a friend just booked, and they will 'change' the return date for a fee of £50 - which may, or may not, be useful...

I think the 'Jet' flight is usually an 'affiliate' with another airline.. Not sure which, but there MAY be a transfer involved.. Correct me if I'm wrong !

In any case, if you know your dates for 100%, and you can find a dirt cheap fare with a reputable airline, I say book it !
