Can someone help regarding domestic flight tickets?

Hi gang, thanks heaps for the help last time, i hope you guys can come through again. I have tried to purchase cheap domestic tickets from Jetlite.com but to no avail, it keeps listing my country of residence as INDIA (Im in Australia). I have also tried to purchase direct from Air Sahara and they are asking me to bid for tickets? is this normal? How does a foreigner get these cheap tickets or are they only for locals? Any help would be much appreciated guys....

Try Spicejet and others

Hi there:

I have never flown JetLite and it does seem that they do not accept foreign credit cards on their website.

I do know that SPICEJET accepts foreign credits cards and they are a budget airline. So does AIR DECCAN, but they have an atrocious hostory of canceling flights, so I prefer to not deal with them.

JET AIRWAYS also accepts foreign credit carrd but they are not a budget airline, but you can get good fares from time to time if you book well in advance.

KINGFISHER AIRLINES does accept foreign credit cards but I have had problems with their system, it has rejected the credit card on a few occasions.

And finally, you can try MAKEMYTRIP.COM where you can buy tickets using foreign credit cards through them.

One of the requirements of purchasing with foreign credit cards is that the purchaser must travel on the flight, and that the credit card used to make the purchase must be presented at check in.

Hope this is helpful

Cheers
