bunking return flights...

hi all...

i'm planning a year trip to india starting soon and am looking for flights at the mo.
can anyone advise me on the legality of getting a chatered flight to Goa and not turning up for the return flight and then getting a one way ticket back at the end of my trip, a year later.

thanks for your time...

The ticket is the easy bit, though you could probibly get a single for between £200 - £250, so why get a charter return?

The visa is another story. (only 6 months allowed)

I just done exactly the same thing as you on the same website, it's only experience of air fares to India that made me look at it closer.

It's a pity, in the 2 seconds it took me to realise, I was almost packed.
