Be Aware of British Airways LHR-LGW connections
For connecting travel on British Airways that requires LHR-LGW transfers, BA now allows minimum 3hr trasit time.
HOWEVER: - you have to pick up your luggage and tranfer it yourself, AND - you have to provide your own transport between the airports! I just got a very rude notice of this from check-in staff when sending off my parents with 4 bags. They really should let people know this when purchasing the ticket -- they don't! |
