airline performance data

I understand that last flights of the day are often delayed or cancelled. Does anyone know of websites that show airlines' performance on actual flights? E.g I would like to know what Jetlite flight S20657's departure times have been over the last week/month.
I think such a service exists for individual trains but wonder if the same is true for flights?

informations available with the concerned airline only and not available in the website.However,when I contact and ask them,they at least give honest reply.By the way,not necessarily the days last flight is alway delayed or cancelled,the phenomena is very rare for all the airlines operating in India.

I dont think something like this exists for the Indian sector , atleast not for public consumption.

Thanks for your replies guys.
I found this site which gives flight data for all airports, airlines, flights, Departure and Arrival delays plus loads of other information.

Almost exactly what I was looking for - although it only shows the last 3 days stats for any flight, overall it allows me to make a reasonable judgment on whether I have time to make a connecting flight.
You are right Abhijit, seems that cancellations are very rare.

Many last flights of the day aircrafts are used to early morning positioning. In other words the plane is needed at the destination to start the early morning flight.
