Air India

Am I missing something, or does Air India really only offer two flights out of Delhi a day. I am trying to rearrange some flights for my friend and am having a horrible time doing so. It seems that everything is already booked and everything is redirected to Bombay for an overnight. Is there something that I am not seeing. . . this is still three months away and I can't believe how hard it is to find a flight.

Two international flights a day for one airline can be considered "high frequency" for India.. Most Indian airports, with just one runway and a couple of gates, are extremely slow compared to airports in the US.

It's true: Nearly all of Air India's international operations are conducted out of Mumbai.
