air india IC ticket

Hi
I have an air india IC ticket for 27/3-13/4. I bought it in america with a travel agent. She printed out her confirmation, which included a reservation number. I verified that IC received this number, which they had, but since then I'm unable to use this in their website (reservation isn't associated with my email account there), and I don't have much in the way of documentation. Is it safe to assume that this flight will still go on without me being able to check up on its status? Do I have to get more documentation besides an american travel agent-printed receipt to check-in and board?

If you have a reservation number, you're probably covered without have to worry about your reservation. Rather, I usually check to see that the flight is still as scheduled. You could email your travel agent for re-confirmation.

I have flown with my expedia printout a few times. Make sure you have a printout with your name and flight number to get past security at the entrance of the airport.

Something like an expedia printout would be nice. Unfortunately, I picked a weird openjaw route that couldn't be booked online, so I only have this little receipt from a travel agent. I'll see if I can get more paperwork from the travel agent who booked it
