Scarlett's dog needs a home

I am sure many of you have read about the death of Scarlett, an English teenager living in Goa. Her family is now back in the UK but they left Scarlett's dog behind.

The dog has been staying on the beach, ever since. It is a female stray of about 8 months. Scarlett had, very responsibly, her dog sterilised and vaccinated.

It would be great if somebody could adopt this dog. That is at least something we can do for Scarlett.

Believe it or not.... I had been playing with the dog and swimming across at the beach just end of April... I never knew it was Scarlett's.

That is certainly possible. Why do you think now that this was Scarlett's dog?

Okk.. I was staying at the Anjuna Beach Last week April... and There was this foreigner... who was playing with this Black Dog... throwing the Ball and the dog always running to get it back.... I was passing by her and I waved at her.. The dog came running at me... I thought probably it was "HER" dog... and I asked her.. She said no... It wasn't hers.... The dog was very playful and played with almost everyone who was passing by and also swam with us... I even asked other people who were there near the beach... and they didn't know anything about the dog... So I just wondered.. For the dog to be a stray one --- Knows a lot of techniques.. I mean how to get the ball and swimming across with us and playing.. Usually street dogs are never that interested to play along with you.. You know...

So that was more like it..I wish someone adopt the dog and treat it what it needs to be treated like.

Just to let you know that a home is found for Scarlett's dog. It is a home right on the beach.

I am so pleased that someone has offered the dog a home.Her death is such a tragedy.Such a waste of a young life.
