Hello all,
Moving to India later this year with my dog. Was just wondering- does the NOC have to be obtained in the same city where I am flying into?
I can avoid agents and have people in Calcutta who can get me the NOC but I won't be flying in there.
Otherwise- I have to use an agent? Does anyone have any recommendations for agents in Cochin, Delhi or Bombay? (not sure which one I'll land in)

Yes, I did, but I would prefer to avoid agents if I can help it. My dog is small. She flies in the cabin under my leg. She's moved with me to UK and back so I'm hoping that if both of us survived UK's crazy rules without agents, we'll manage India also.
I'm just confused about carrying original NOCs- is this necessary? Can one fly into Kochi directly from Europe?
