Boarding animals

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any places that board animals in New Delhi?

We will be arriving soon with our cat and dog but until we find a house to live in we will need somewhere for our pets.

Thanks, Tom

You can contact: http://www.friendicoes.org/ They can recommend the best places in Delhi for animal boarding.

The FRIENDICOES SECA (Regd.)
The Society for the Eradication of Cruelty to Animals)
271 & 273 Defence Colony Flyover Market,
New Delhi-110024.
Phone: 011-24314787,011-24320707
email : friends271@vsnl.net
http://www.friendicoes.org

By the way, in case somebody reads this thread for kennels for dogs, ask Friendicoes for the contact details Anjali Gulati. She works together with Rajesh who runs a good dog kennel. It is on a farm house with a huge garden and even a pool where the dogs can swim.

I might add too that Friendocies is an excellent vets. They took care of my cats blood test, separated the blood from the white serum and stuck it to dry ice so that I could send it to France for testing. And all of that in half an hour!
STrongly recommend them for all help concerning animlas.
PLUS: The vet has his mobile with him and if you send a text message he answers pronto!

Recommendation for Mumbai

Do you also have a recommendation for boarding facilities in Mumbai?

I've been to the SPCA grounds (sad place) and spoke to the lady who runs the (independent) Buddy House. She agreed to take our cat but advised us to look for alternatives since there are lots of sick cats around.

Does anyone know of another boarding place where I could keep my cat for one week in April?

Thanks.
