Would check Sharma Farm if get time, the place is full of farms where parties etc takes place.A famous one I went long time back was Tivoli Garden on new year.

About Jain Temple, yes pics are not allowed officially which is quite reasonable since it's not a touristic place(though I managed many pics but it's not suggested). The "ruined temple" you are talking about is actually a Mogul tomb/sarai type structure but I never went there as hardly anyone goes there and never saw any proper way for it's entry. But it can be a good place to take pics.

You can hike up to the Mogul tomb from behind the bus stop on the road there - there's a path of sorts. Only tough part is navigating the piles of excrement from the public transport patrons.
