What kind of business can one do from New Delhi?

Hey there IM’ers,

Recently landed in Delhi after having been out of India for 2 years and it’s nice to see the way the city and the business are growing. Attended the IM meet-up last week and had lots of fun! Looking forward to being based in Delhi now.

Was just wondering about what kind of business one can start based in Delhi.

What I do have:

1000 sq. feet of furnished office space in South Delhi (East of Kailash Area)
Personal knowledge of the red-tape and bureaucracy of doing business in India
A Master’s in Business Administration degree
Knowledge and some contacts in the Business Process Outsourcing area

What I want to do:
Start a business in the service sector by utilizing the above assets
Rationale: Service sector requires minimal investment as the key factors are knowledge and contacts and a clear definition of the business

What I am open to:

Absolutely any ideas/suggestions from anyone/anywhere who has a business perspective
Open to collaboration/joint initiatives as well as contributing to business ideas that I already have in mind.

It would be great to hear from people who have an inherent interest in living in India not only as a tourist but maybe for a longer period of say 2 years or longer, or anyone else who has any idea whatsoever.
