Look, in spite of all the rubble that you saw, it'll still be there when you come back and it'll be declared finished. Otherwise how would anyone know, there was work there, to be finished, on time?

So ..... Have they managed to finish the alterations to Pahar Ganj or are they behind on their estimations ..... is the job finished....???
I am just curious, because when I was there. It seemed to be an impossible task, with regards to the time scale....
