Time needed to travel within Delhi (indraprastha metro to Hazrat Nizamuddin station)

Hello,

After further research and planning for our trip to Delhi, I have some questions for Delhi locals/experts:

1. How long does it take from Indraprastha Metro station area to Hazrat Nizamuddin station on a Tuesday afternoon? We will need to catch a train leaving at 3pm and would like to get to the station by 2.30pm. What time should we leave from Indraprastha area (either by auto or delhi radiocab. I think there is no metro connecting these two stations as of now)?

2. How long does it take to get from Chawri Metro station to Indraprastha Metro station on Tuesday, a little after noon?

Our plan for Tuesday (in December) is to leave early 7am and walk/jog 3 miles from Indraprastha metro area to red fort along Mahatma Gandhi road, making a stop at Raj Ghat. Then we plan on looking at Red fort from outside and make our way to Jama Masjid by 9am. We want to go inside Jama Masjid, climb up the minarets and stuff, spending two hours (Is that enough??). At 11am we can go have lunch at Karim's and then walk to Chawri Bazar Metro station (1 km on google maps). So we think we can get to Chawri Bazar metro by 12.30pm.

Answers to questions 1 and 2 will help us decide if we can go ahead with this plan or if we need to modify it. Also, if you see any red flags in our plan, do let us know.

10 Minutes to Rajiv Chowk from Chawri, Change there for Indraprastha station, it's another 5-6 minutes journey...
