Taxi - Delhi Traffic Police (Box has changed Location)

Just got in last night. Maybe this is old news but I wanted to alert travelers the airport has changed a bit in atmosphere.

The Delhi Police Booth is gone, what appears to be a temporary situation (but this is India) is the following -

Exit as you always had but look for the little cube (on wheels?) with a really dodgy sign for Delhi Traffic Police. Inspires confidence to no end.

There it is. 2 bags (pack and camping gear) and self to Paharganj was Rs250.

The airport itself is in the final stages of re-building, and a lot of changes are expected over the next one year, including more permanent structures for the pre-paid taxi service and perhaps new tourist-friendly initiatives as well.
