T-shirts, souvineirs..
Hey guys.. I'm about to finish up my business trip on Wednesday and I'm going to hit the fabric shops you suggested, but I thought of another question.
I have been looking out for, but haven't see any beer t-shirts here. (Most any local beer in Europe or North America sells t-shirts.) Does anyone know if there is a place to get kingfisher or cobra shirt? Also, IPL shirts? Obviously.. trying to think of things to bring home for the guys. The girls are very easy to shop for here. Thanks everyone! Mod note: puchoo's reply copied from another thread, where the OP had deleted his post to start this new thread. |

Unlikely except in places like Janpath etc, Kingfisher etc dont really sell t-shirts. They might distribute it as part of a promotional activity but to expect to find "guiness" type t-shirts might be a bit tough..
IPL...i foget which one it is..but Nike/Reebok/Adidas...i saw some gear in one of these on this Saturday. Quote:

Did a little more research this weekend while i was out. You will definitely get the t-shirts at Reebok stores, unfortunately they are expensive from what i have heard....you are looking at something between 1600-2000 INR
But this is India , so you should see enough street retailers seeing copies which will be far far cheaper. So if you are ok with that then keep a lookout for them. |
