summer driving weekend trips from Delhi!!

With the heat approaching real fast and a car which has still not tasted the GT road I request u guys to recommend some newly discovered weekend driving trips around Delhi(6-7 hours). Mountains is what Im aiming for and have already done the usual Manali, Kasol, Mcleodganj, Nahan, Mussoorie etc etc. Something quiet with basic amenities and nature. Not too particular about food and stay. Anything will do on that front. Something unheard of.Really appreciate the help.

You may check out Morni hills, the only hill station in Haryana. There is also a boating place near by.

There are books (one published by the Times, I think), titled '50 weekend getaways from Delhi' or something close to that. Should be available at bookstores or newsstands.

everyone tries to find such places. If food and accommodation is not an issue then head anywhere, and camp wherever you like, stay in any village you come across.
