Shopping for a North Face jacket or Ski Gear?

Where would I go to get this kind of gear (warm winter gear) and would i save much compared to Western prices?

In Nepal - Kathmandu or especially Pokhara - so incredibly cheap and great quality!

The selection is limited but it is high quality and legitimate.
