sept in Delhi, Paharanganj or Connaught Place
I'll be in Delhi only for a few days. I'm looking for a place that's quiet at night, clean, maybe own bathroom and safe...budget to moderate. Paharanganj seems to be the best choice-close to the train station-but I think at night is very noisy. any tips or options???
