Seeking Paints

Hello Fellow travelers,

I am an artist looking around Delhi to get my hands on some oil or acrylic or alternative paints of goodish quality, and am wondering if anyone has tracked any down in india, or could offer some advice of where I could begin looking.

Also, I am interested in making some from the pigments that are readily available, and am wondering if anyone has done that before and what their experience may have been. Where to locate linseed oil?
