Hi, well i hope your hotel is in Paharganj. You will find lots of good shops there in Phar ganj, as well as there in Connaught Place.
Cost depends on quality and designs, but you can find from 600 Rs to Rs5000.00 and above. You will get good stuff at 1200-1500 Rupees.
If u are arriving jaipur, you will find beauftifull dresses here.

regards

Udai

Jaipur may have some (additional) ethnic designs, though most of the same would be available in Delhi also (Jaipur-Delhi is not very far). Prices in Delhi should be lower (go to a shop where locals also are buying and pay attention to what are they paying, you may even ask them). Karol Bagh has the local crowd. Cost depends on cloth and workmanship. Less than Rs.500 to Rs.50,000 or more).
