Purchase of sari in Delhi (Old)

Dear travellers,

where can I buy a saree (for an Indian wedding) in Delhi. I will be in the Old Delhi ... any recommendations for shops.

Old Delhi- specially Chandnichowk is the best place to shop for Sarees. Chhabra 555, is one of the famous shops for Sarees, but other good afordable options are also available, for that you have to spend few hours in the narrow lanes visiting various shops before actually buying that will help you find good shop, provided you have enough time. Happy shopping.
