Public transport from the airport in Delhi to near the train station.

Rickshaws cost from 20 to 30 rupees even for quite long journeys. For just a couple of hundred KM I payed them the 20 Rupees. Some took us up to 7 KM for 30 Rupees. I payed them 50 Rupees because they certainly deserved the tip. It is incredible how physcially fit they are.

That is incorrect. The bus goes to the ISBT near Kashmiri gate. Cannaught Place is but one stop.
