Till when are the gardens in R Bhawan open to the public?

Usually they are open up until the middle of March. Last year it was March 18th was the last day as this nice article from The Hindu illustrates:
Mughal Gardens Don't know about this year but I would get a move on if you want to catch their beauty in 2008!

Well, the article link I provided says that it was closed last year for Holi - so it's highly unlikely, if this year's season even extends to the 3rd week of March, that it would be open on that particular holi-day this year.
