im seeking advice abt restaurants in paharganj, delhi . please let me the restaurants or guest house where i can stay for a nite. n maybe some place to party , i have heard thre is a german bakery in paharganj, let me know

hey...
there is no gud place in paharganj for partyin...
if u really wanna party in delhi...u shud go to FABRIC,ELEVATE....there u will some nice crowd..
and if u r looking for some nice music ..then visit torquoise cottage(Qutab Insitutational area)...
anywayz have nice visit in delhi

check out for Malhotra reustaurant..there are 2 the new one and the ols one based both at the same building,down the old one and at the 1st floor the new one...It was the first one that I visited during my first visit in Delhi...recommended by another friend...
Probably u gonna have lots of suggestions from other members as well!
As for guesthouses there are plenty...I stayed at the Ajay guesthouse most of the times in Delhi-Paharganj.It was funny cause when I was there for first time the reception area of Ajay was under "construction" as they said(putting marbles and ac.)must be much better now and definitely less dusty than it was...Anyway I had to "sneak"from the entrance of a shop with handicrafts and whatever else u can imagine...up the stairs, to find myself in the 2nd floor where my room was!My very first adventure in India...
As for partying, Raven knows better...
Have fun there!!

A party in Paharganj is three or four people sitting around having cups of tea at a chai stall!

Party in Paharganj with the local goons
This is a goofy place or another bad location for tourist to visit.
Instead try our Karrol bagh it has cheap htls and safe place
also a hub for shopping without any shopping scandals

FABRIC------Mehrauli Road:Friday(500Rs cover charges) If u r stayin in paharganj then take a taxi ...call 1929 it will be cheap compare to other taxi's

ELEVATE ----NOIDA Center Stage MALL ....Again Take a taxi...if u don't any convienence...350Rs

Torquoise Cottage ------Qutab Insitutaional Area(Above Hero honda showroom)....500Rs only on SAT and Friday.....

"Elevate" is biggest dance floor in (they say) India can accomodate 1800 people on three floors, I have heard there were close to 2500 people on the new year eve. They get DJs from all around the world for lowdest music which penetrates you. (just the kind of place I don't like)

For someone staying in Paharganj the places in CP are better suited than travelling all the way to Noida/Gurgaon.

In CP: "Blues" I have heard is open till very late ...and then there is DV8 and many more....
