i ll be in delhi during new years too and was wondering what the festivities were...

im actually hoping for something more on the outdoor cultural scale, rather than big parties...being a foreigner and all.

I'm not 100% sure yet but I think I'll be in Delhi for new years and wouldn't mind a buddy.

I agree! Elevate is crowded on normal weekends, it will be crazy on New year eve. In a few days, newspaper ads will start appearing for a host of do's for the eve.

Elevate sounds like the place to be, eh? I have never spent New Years Eve anywhere but Sydney's Harbourside. Oh, once, NYE '93, in a tiny town in northern India.

What would places in south Delhi be like, I think it's called the Fashion Bar, is that usually great during NYE?

Jazzy-B live in elevates along with some Dancers

Its gonna be a Punjabi-remix night by Jazzy-B in elevates along with some western dancers.
Also, there are 5 cuisine menu & unlimited alcohol. But as you know nothing comes cheap they are going to charge Rs.7000/- per couple. They claim that there are only 500 tickets (I doubt).
Cheers !!
