New Delhi Railway Station - Interlock Disruptions
New Delhi railway station will be non operational for most of the trains from 5th Sept to 15th Sept.
I'm planning to catch train to Chandigarh early on 16th morning. Do anyone know by past experience that the work will be complete on time and this train will start as scheduled. I understand from internet search that a similar but smaller job was undertaken on Delhi station in Feb 2008.  |

You can try www.erail.in and querry for the journey on that particular day.
Is it the Shatabdi Exp. that you plan to take? |

There is an existing thread discussing this, with a detailed list of all trains affected. Not all trains from New Delhi are affected for the entire period of the work.
As for whether the work will overrun... who knows? |
