Need a nice hotel with swimming pool to chill out in while we wait for a train
We are flying from Kathmandu on Wednesday morning to Delhi and catching a train to Rishikesh that night. We have been to Delhi twice before and don't really want to do anything other than hang out at a nice hotel and swim in a pool. We are quite happy to have to shell out some $$ to do it and avoid the Delhi hassles.
Can someone please give us some reccomendations. Many thanks |

Not too far off your route between airport and station. All should have websites, so you can check rates.. Clardiges may be cheaper.
Imperial, Janpath Hyatt Regency, Ring Road, Bhikaji Cama Place Claridges, Janpath. Radisson, near the airport. |

Next door to the Indharapastha hotel in Janpath there is a very good pool in the hotel which I forget the name of - sorry! But it would probably be cheaper than ones above - Name is something like Kanishka... Indarapastha used to be called Ashoka Yatri Niwas and is the budget hotel in that Ashoka group of hotels in Delhi.

Hotel Siddartha is near my place in Patel Nagar...I guess the minimum would be Rs.8000 for a double...
Google for Jaypee group of hotels.. |
