motorbike storage/ long-term parking??
hi all,
i'm looking for a place in delhi to leave a motorbike for a month while i fly home for a visit. an ideas??? would the motorcycle forum be a better place to ask??? thanx, d |

The best bet would be to leave it with someone you know. Put in the drive and cover it..

well, I can help you out !! It can be parked in the parking of metro stations near my place. I know the parking contractor very well. Just park it there and cover it up.

, I'll see if i can do something....Shanks options is always there but i personally would be a bit apprehensive about leaving the bike outside for so long and that too in a parking lot...but then again Shanks knows the contractor so it might be as good as a friendly drive.. |

If it is a an Enfield ship it to Punjab, you can park it next to my idle Jeep. I also have a solar powered trickle charger to keep the battery topped up. Will be happy to take it for a spin when ever I am there.

I bought the trickle charger from a local store in UK. The store is called Maplin Electronics...they mostly sell components. You can find many varieties from on-line sellers. Mine cost me £20.
