Master Guesthouse in Delhi
Has anyone successfully made contact with this place recently? I submitted a reservation request via their website about two weeks ago and never heard back. Last week I sent them an email at info@master-guesthouse.com and again I haven't heard anything back. Is this them telling me that they don't have any rooms available? The place got such good reviews, I'm baffled...

For my part, I have attempted to contact them via e-mail and book online as well. I recieved a bounceback. If you run an e-mail trace using dnsfuff.com on info@master-guesthouse.com it times out. Perhaps they are having technical troubles.

I have always had quick responses from those guys (booked or not), but that said, this year it did take a bit longer- I think that that Ushi's mother in law is really sick and she is taking care of her. My advice would be, if you will be in delhi at a busy time, book at your second choice, wait to hear from ushi and cancel at the other place if master paying guest house comes thru. Good luck!
oh, when will you be there? |

I stayed there in December. Yes, Ushi is taking care of a sick family member and has very little time to spare. Why don't you try phoning? By the way, they usually they book up months in advance.

I also tried to contact them. At first I had no reply to several emails over a two week period. I couldn't even get their web page to load. I was looking for a room in September. They finally answered and said they weren't opening their fall reservations until July. But at least their web page now works.

I finally bought a phone card and called them, and they're full on the dates I'm going to be in Delhi (not surprising, but thought I'd at least give it a shot). Thanks for the responses.
