Looking For Flat In South Delhi

don't know if i've posted this correctly but am doing this on behalf of my brother jaz! We are going delhi end of july 2006, we had a flat sorted in press enclave near kalkaji but we have been let down, so we are on a mission to find new accom! We are studying at central hindi institute in kalkaji, so we are looking at anywhere local to that. 2/3 bedrooms, fully furnished, our budget is max RS 18,000 per month. locality is nehru enclave, kalkaji.

How much luggage wouldja be arriving with? I'd suggest staying at some youth hostel for 3-4 days, and prospecting around with property dealers in the meanwhile.

Guys here can post links but that's frankly a waste - a home is more of an experience than a commodity - press enclave is good as even GK-I. You may get a 2bhk in that area for the prices you mention. Near Kalkaji (which is good in itself), you can check in East of Kailash, CR Park, Okhla, Sukhdev Vihar, Tara Apartments - these are just ballpark areas. But he needs to come here and start checking out the flats. Which can happen in july
