Looking for all-inclusive in/near Delhi

Am hoping an IM’er can recommend a moderately priced resort-type destination for 7 days in or near Delhi. Am looking for 3 or 4-star hotel-type accommodation at an all-inclusive property that would include classes in yoga, meditation, exercise maybe cooking, etc. I don’t want to fly anywhere, but could take a train for 4-5 hours.

I know about Ananda in the Himalayas (which would be perfect) but their winter rates are beyond my budget. I appreciate any names and web addresses, especially if you have personally visited the property. Thank you!
