we are staying in south extension. We want to shop in lajpat market please advice

what advice you need? Secondly you are looking for Lajpat Nagar Market OR Lajpat Rai Market.. ? I guess it would be the former one you are talking about..

Yes, it really depends what you are looking for. Near Lajpat Nagar Market you can find eg Westside where you can buy western style shirts, Levis jeans and stuff like this.
The market itself has a big variety so you should specify for what youre looking. |

The central market in Lajpat Nagar II is good for buying clothes.
For buying branded stuff, go to the Ansals Plaza mall - Shoppers Stop, close to South Extension. |
