I searched the forum to no avail and there are no reviews in the hotel section..
Has anyone been to Incredible Homestay New Delhi? Or has anyone heard anything? It only has 2 reviews (both positive) on tripadvisor so I'd like to get some more opinions before I book. I am being quoted one double deluxe room with breakfasts and airport pickup for 1800 INR per night including taxes. We will be staying for 7 nights wherever we book so we'd like to pick a good one Master guest house is fully booked and our second option is the Grand Godwin. Thanks again IMers! Ryan |

What's the area? Might be able to give you a better idea whether you're being charged right. Also, does this price include meals?
With a name like that, it can mean only two things - either the owner has a complete lack of imagination, which means he's down-to-earth and honest, or he's a greasy con, which is not so good :-) |

I don't know the area
But the website says "Incredible Home Stay is Located in New Delhi—W.E.A, Channa Market, Karol bagh."And the price includes breakfasts only. Here is the website: http://www.incrediblehomes.in/ If I can't find anyone who knows anything about it, then I'll find something else ![]() |

Karol Bagh is a much quieter area than either Paharganj or CP. A lot of people really like it there.

Karol Bagh, is indeed more quiete. I think it's one of the best palces in the city to stay. Close to a lot of things but away from the tourist hostels etc..
I just booked with incredible homestay online. I had some questions so i send them a personal email. I got a really fast replay that they arrangent everything including airport pick-up, with name and telephone nummer, incase something go's wrong. To be honest i have a really good feeling about this place! I travelled a lot and lived one year in New Delhi. And i think it's a good choice! |

And btw..it's not in the lonely planet, so for me that means: "it's not spoiled yet!"
Most place's which get good reviews in the lonely planet, are becoming so popular in one year. By the time you going there the place has runn down just because the hostel can't handle it anymore, or they only think of the money and leave the maintance for what it is etc... |
