How to go to OLD Delhi Station from IGI Airport

Well, infact, I could not make it on time thanks to a 2 1/2 hour flight delay. flight which was supposed to land at 7.15 p.m., took off from Mumbai at that time only. Landed in Delhi at9.30 p.m. and after 15 minutes of bus ride, I was out only at 9.45 p.m. Still, took an easy cab (there was a big queue for prepaid taxi) and asked the driver to rush. He drove very well and by the time we reached the platform (10.50 p.m.), we were told by the vendors that the train left couple of minutes before..

But I think the distance can be covered in an hour on a normal traffic day.
