you light also want to check out likir house... there are ladakh connections in terms of management. i have not styaed there, but it sounded good from other posts... do a search for it here and you'll find more info.
a b and b also might be a good choice. there are quite a few of them out there now and many are in south delhi, which is more quiet and which would put you closer to the airport if you have an early flight to leh. |

By the time you get through customs and everything it will be early morning. No point booking a hotel for that night.
Book a hotel for the next night, get a prepaid cab there and drop off your stuff (It will probably be around 5:30-6am) then go for breakfast in Delhi or a walk around Lodhi gardens. |
