In kolkata we have Hookah Bar/Lounge ( Dont know about other places in India ), This particular restaurant has Hookah Bar for quite a some year now.Usually it is a simple Bar/ Lounge with a special facilty called "Hookah", you can taste/smoke different types (flavour ) of Hookah along with normal drinks , food/munchies & music .For more :-
