1. Take a bus for Karol Bagh (DTC operates regular service from Gurgaon to Karol Bagh).
2. From here take a rickshaw till Jhandewalan Metro Station (or walk if you don't have luggage).
3. Board a Metro going toward Anand vihar and get down at last stop.

Is luggages are allowed in bus or is it feasible even if they allow?

Is it feasible to ride in metro with luggage? Is there any other way, hiring an auto for the entire stretch? How much the taxis will charge and how to get them?
Luggage is allowed both in Bus and Metro provided you can carry it yourself
In Metro you are allowed to carry 15 Kgs of luggage (not exceeding 60cm (Length) x 45 cm
(Breadth) x 25 cm (Height) in size). However I have not seen metro security objecting even if it is slightly bigger than this and you are carrying it yourself.
As for Auto- you can take an auto from Karol Bagh and it will charge 150 - 180 Rs. But Auto will take 1 to 1.5 hrs to cover that distance (Metro takes 35 Mins)
Another option is take a interstate bus from Iffco chowk (esp. Rajasthan State Transport) they will take you to Sarai Kale Khan ISBT - from there you will get many buses for Anand Vihar Railway station (also auto should take around 100 - 110 Rs.)

Thanks for info. I feel it is better to use a taxi instead.
