For the ladies (maybe some men)
Where are your favorite fabric stores? I know of a couple of places (Nalli for sarees, Cottage, Shankar market) but interested in finding out new gems I might be missing with a nice variety.
Also nominate your favorite tailor in south delhi (defence colony, jorbagh, chanakyapuri, GK 1, new friends etc). I have a tailor that I normally go to but that is when I used to be in civil lines and I would rather not have to travel that far from South Delhi.

South extension has a few Raymond shops , all of them have tailors and are reasonably fine.
