Fave eating places (Delhi)

1. The Host (Connaught Place) Awesome Indian food, try the Tandorri Aloo.
2. The Standard (Connaught Place) Upstairs, in thios huge place, nice view, with a beer, amazing menu selection.
3. Gaylords. (Near the Regal picture house) these people don't mess around, better than the Gaylords in London, mouth wateringly good.
4. Revolving Restuarant. Top views, top prices, top food.
5. Sindi Place near the Metropole Pahaganj, but on the other side, the hottest and best Punjabi food in town, very reasonably priced.

That Karim's look pretty tastey, I'll try it out next time I'm in town, is it any good on the veggie front?

Cheers for that...

I have heard that not only is the restaurant at the Hotel City New Palace in Old Delhi great, but they offer a day-long food shopping/cooking tour of Old Delhi.

Anyone any experience of either the restaurant or the tour?

The guys on the street in Paharganj doing omlettes with chillis, bread and lots of ghee. Always tasty when dashing off to the train station.
