Chole Bhatura - the best one's i have ever had were in fact not at a joint at all. Everyday between 1 PM to 3 PM , in GK - M block market a guy used to set up a small serving booth from his cycle in the garden and sell them for about 15 bucks.
Over the course of the 3 years in college i must have eaten there about 200-300 times but sadly he has moved on  Then of course you have the Benglai sweet house (esp the one in bengali market)...

North Delhi is favorite among the Punjabi foodies
Some great things for Non-vegie - Try Mona Dhaba (Near Ashok Vihar flyo), though road side, but can challenge any 5 star for the non-veg quality. |

Ok then.......the best momo's...?
For me it's Kamla Nagar (Momo Point) and then of course Yashwant Place... Lajpat nagar , outside Westside used to have a Chinese van which has been asked to move but if you ever see it give that a shot as well.. |

Ahh.. sorry about the last post.. little OT
Anways for cholle bhatture, how can you forget our own Nehru palace one.. priced at 22, its actually delicious to have one. Next comes cholle bhatture at om di hatti, shakti nagar chowk... the magnificent one. Then comes, beinh inter continentel hotel... it's i suppose the Aggrawal sweet house one... uterly delicious Another one i can remind right now is one in kalkaji... another magnificent one. |

getting back to Bhatures..there are couple of great ones in our locality..
One is Ramsesh OR OM Sweets, bang opposite shadipur bus depot...other one is Chhoti Hatti in west patel nagar market.. |

Yaar. Ashish, Tumnhaare Kamla Nagar ki Kachori ki copy humare yaha bhi khul gayai hai...
