Delhi-store luggage for 5 days, advice needed please..

Hi all,

we will be in India (Delhi) in 2 weeks and plan to do first as usual Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-back to Delhi (then further to south...). Think it makes no sense to take all the luggage for 5-days circle with us....

Our first time in India, we stay in YES COTTAGE PLEASE HOTEL in Delhi.
Does anybody know where we can store our big luggage for 5 days near this hotel??? or if we just can use some other big hotel for storage? (does it work like somewhere else in Asia that some hotels store safe your luggage...)

Thanks !

Most hotels have a luggage room. You can keep your extra stuff here and ask the manager to look after it.

If you don't trust the hotel staff, go to Railway Station and But a ticket for nearest station, Say Panipat. Now you can keep your luggage in "Clock Room" for some charge, of course.

Remeber to put a lock of each and every piece of your luggage if you decide to put it in Clock Room at Railway station as they don't accept luggage without locks.

I also stay at cottage yes please. not sure if they have a luggage room but there is a BIG one just behind Hari Rama Guest house down the lane, then turn left. It is a public luggage storage, used mostly by backpackers. Its safe and convenient. Once they stored luggage for me for 6 months.
