Can't recall details for all of those, but I'm sure others can fill you in on the ones I can't remember.
Red Fort is definitely closed on Mondays, as are all government run museums. The Teen Murti memorial is open 24/7, but the museum in the adjacent Teen Murti Bhavan is of course closed on Mondays. The Jantar Mantar is closed on Mondays I'd think, that's government run too. Qutub Minar is open all days, as is Humayun's Tomb, and Jama Masjid. India Gate is an arch in a park in the middle of a traffic island that's open all the time. Lodhi Gardens are a lovely spot if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, they contain several interesting monuments too. Lots of wildlife and a great place to chill out early in the morning. ![]() Oh, and the Sulabh toilet museum is privately owned, and therefore open on Mondays. ![]()

Out of the list you would not be able to enter the following. You would just have to see them from a closer distance while driving past them.
Rashtrapathi Bhawan Parliament House Supreme Court Jama Masjid |

I think you should go to Birla Mandir.
It's a temple not far from Connaught Place I love the architecture and the atmosphere is great. |

You are not allowed to enter Rashtrapati Bhawan and can only catch a glimpse from outside the gates , which obviously you can do on any day (it is spectacular even from outside). The adjoining Mughal Gardens are open to public in Feb/March every year. Rajpath is name of the road connecting Rashtrapati Bhawan and India Gate and obviously open at all times.
