Delhi Metro
Would love to hear from anyone who has experience on it.
The thought of stepping outside my hotel in Karol Bagh and taking Metro around town boggles the mind! What's it really like??? ![]()

Hi Ya,
I travelled on it from Old Delhi to CP. I had no trouble, I thought it was great. I think it will be even better once they complete it. It was clean and aircon which was nice. I must say that It was on 3 stops or stomething like that... |

Airport to Old Delhi rly station
Hi there,
Can somebody tell me which is the metro station closest to the domestic airport? How much time does it take (approximately) to get to the Old Delhi railway stn from there? I am trying to figure out if I can get quicker to Old Delhi by metro than by road. BTW, my flight lands in Delhi at 9.15 PM. Thanks. - whoami. |

In any case, at ~2200 hrs, Old Delhi rlwy station wouldn't take more than 1-1.5 hr to reach from the airport. Just ensure that your train's departure time and your flight's arrival time aren't too close together. |
