just arrived in delhi ...any advice on good place to have a beer and meet other travellers

There are no particular places in Delhi to me travellers except maybe somewhere in Paharganj...

Otherwise there are many places in CP area where you have have a nice beer...

try Picca-Delhi its in the PVR plaza complex...just couple of buildings next to is Castle nine...you can go to Blues, TGIF OR Ruby Tuesday as well..

If you are interested in watching chicks take ticket of Metro Train from first station to last station and return in the same manner.

Amazing girls I must say....

If you just wanna kill time checkout any exhibition going on at PRAGATI MAIDEN.

Also India Gate at sunset is fantastic...

Try DV8 next to Regal cinema in CP, very cool place and excellent coctails, limited but very good food menu, you can browse interesting books here lounging on comfortable leather sofas or if you find a partner play a game of chess, live jazz & blues music often. Closed on Sundays.
